- Business owners: Name, email address, business name, billing information
- Customers: First name, last name, email address, stamp/reward history
- Usage data: GPS location of stamp transactions (when enabled), device information, IP address

- To provide and improve our loyalty card service
- To process payments via Stripe
- To send transactional emails (stamp confirmations, reward notifications)
- To display analytics to business owners
- To comply with legal obligations

- Google: For Google Wallet pass integration
- Business owners: Customer stamp/reward data is visible to the business whose card you joined

8. Cookies

9. Google Wallet
When a customer adds their loyalty card to Google Wallet, we share the following data with Google:
- Customer first name and last initial
- Stamp count and reward information
- Business name and branding (logo, colour)
- A unique QR code for the loyalty card
This data is used solely to display the loyalty pass in Google Wallet. Google's privacy policy applies to data stored in Google Wallet. You can remove your pass from Google Wallet at any time.
We do not share your email address or full name with Google Wallet.
