Terms of Service

By using Loyalto.app you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Loyalto.app provides a digital loyalty card platform for businesses and their customers. Businesses can create loyalty programs, and customers can collect stamps and redeem rewards.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a business account
• One person or business entity may not create multiple free accounts

3. Business Accounts

• Free plan is limited to 1 loyalty card and 50 customers
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds are issued for partial months
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Spam or harass customers
• Attempt to hack or compromise the platform
• Create fake stamps or rewards fraudulently
• Resell access to the platform without permission

5. Customer Data

As a business owner, you are a data controller for your customers' data. You are responsible for ensuring you have a legal basis to collect and process their data under GDPR.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

7. Limitation of Liability

Loyalto.app is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of business, data, or profits arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

8. Google Wallet Integration

By adding your loyalty card to Google Wallet, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Loyalto shares limited card data with Google to display your loyalty pass. This includes your first name, stamp progress, reward information and business branding.

Google Wallet passes are updated automatically when stamps are issued. You can remove your pass from Google Wallet at any time. Loyalto is not responsible for the availability or functionality of Google Wallet.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
